Amber Badgett MA, BCBA
Amber is CEO of Meaningful Day Services, where she leads multi-site disability services across Indiana. With over 20 years in the ABA community, she has served HABA as Vice President, President, Past President, and now Public Policy Chair, driving statewide advocacy to protect access to ABA and strengthen policy.

Ann Baloski MA, BCBA
Ann Baloski is a founding member of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis. She was elected president in 2015 and was an active board member from 2014-2016. Ann remains dedicated to the HABA public policy committee and other grassroots initiatives to promote best practice and inclusion. Ann is the founder and CEO of BehaviorWorks.

Vincent J. LaMarca MA, BCBA
Vince is the Chief Clinical Processes Officer at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism and has been active in HABA since its inception. He is also an ABA Instructor for Ball State University. He fell in love with the field of applied behavior analysis in 1995 through his girlfriend (now wife) and a family that included an autistic child.

Bridget Harrison PhD, HSPP, BCBA-D
Dr. Harrison is the Clinical Director and owner of Innovations In Learning, located in Merrillville, Indiana. She started the company in 2005 with 2 other individuals and the company has grown to over 120 employees and provides multiple services including an ABA Clinic, Adult Day Service, Outpatient services, Behavior Management, Assessments and Speech Therapy. She had the pleasure to serve as HABA's first president and is happy to continue to volunteer as a member of the Public Policy committee.

Jill Forte Ph.D., BCBA
Jill is the founder of a non-profit ABA center, parent of an adult son with autism, and a BCBA. She also serves on the Indiana Behavior Analyst Licensing Committee and the Autism Commision on Quality (ACQ) review committee.

Fritz Kruggel MS, BCBA
Fritz is the founder and Executive Director of Supportive Community Innovations. He has been a BCBA since 2011 and has worked with children and adults across a variety of roles and settings for nearly 30 years. He has presented on topics such as treatment fidelity and ethics for organizations including the Indiana Association of Behavior Consultants, HABA, and ABAI.
