Our Mission
The mission of the HABA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is to foster an inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive environment within Indiana's behavior analytic community. Grounded in cultural humility, the Committee supports ongoing education, reflection, and action that strengthens meaningful representation, ethical practice, and responsiveness to the diverse individuals, families, professionals, and communities impacted by behavior analysis.
The HABA DEI Committee operates through four core functions
Board Guidance & Recommendations
Provides practical recommendations to the HABA Executive Board to support equity, accessibility, representation, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice across HABA’s work.
DEI Learning Library
Maintains a shared collection of articles, CE opportunities, events, and resources to support continued learning related to DEI and behavior-analytic practice.
